Cover the City on a Mission
Cover the City has grown to multiple cities and has touched thousands of lives by covering cities literally and physically in warmth and love.
"In 2024, we continued to support those who need us most and we expanded our focus to help other organizations make the largest impact possible. We are so much stronger when we work together and that is a renewed focus we have going forward.”
-Amanda Anderson, Founder
“Cover the City has helped Greater Vision Outreach Ministry provide the warmth of blankets to the families in need that we serve as well as to community members who require emergency assistance during the cold months. Through our partnership, we have seen needs met and hope shared. We are so grateful for the generosity of our neighbors as the needs increase every winter.”

"Cover the City has a strong vision for how to make our community a better place. They do the very important work of literally and physically covering our city in warmth and love, and they also form partnerships with other nonprofits to address other critical areas of need. We have been honored to partner with Cover the City for highly successful food drives for local food pantries. Cover the City works tirelessly for the greater good.”

"Working with Cover the City has been such a rewarding experience. Seeing how something as simple as a blanket can bring warmth and hope to someone going through a tough time is incredible. Being part of this effort to support people in our community is something we truly value. We’re honored to play even a small part in helping them make such a big impact."

"“Cover the City Project has been an invaluable partner to The Salvation Army of High Point. Through their generous coat and blanket donations, we’ve been able to better meet the needs of individuals and families in our community, especially during the colder months when these items are most essential. Their contributions have not only provided physical warmth but have also offered hope and reassurance to those experiencing difficult times. Together, we’ve been able to make a tangible difference in the lives of many, and we are deeply grateful for their unwavering support and commitment to serving others.”
